Good Service, The Right Part at the Right Price. I ordered a headlight for my Toyota Avalon. I first ordered it from somewhere else and they sent the wrong part. After that I ordered from Germain Toyota. The price was reasonable, the part came in on time, and, most importantly, it was the right part. Hooray. Thank you for saving the day. I grew tired of traffic stops.

Service is way better than in New England. Mr. Martinez customer service is outstanding. He takes time to answer all of your questions and fully explains the ins and outs of the parts you are ordering. My local Toyota dealer not only couldn't be bothered to answer my questions fully, but his parts were more than double your price, and he wouldn't budge.

swaybar. service was great when I finally got in contract with seller. had to wait over 2 weeks for order. due to back order in which not was told it as soon as it came in stock it was shipped quickly. would of have 5 stars if only they would have notified of problems!! will order again from company.
